Press and media usage

Photos, cover art, bio text and other assets on this EPK may be used by press, promoters, venues and playlist curators for editorial coverage and event promotion of AlexOnGame92, with credit where a photographer is listed. Any other use — including merchandise, resale, AI training, remixing or commercial products — requires written permission.

Music and intellectual property

All recordings, compositions, artwork and logos remain the property of AlexOnGame92 and the respective rights holders. Nothing on this site transfers ownership or grants a license to reproduce or distribute the music.

Booking inquiries

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a booking, contract or obligation for either party. A booking is only confirmed in writing with agreed terms.

Digital downloads

Digital music purchases are for personal, non-commercial listening only. Purchases are final once the download has been delivered or the payment has been confirmed. You may not resell, redistribute, upload to public platforms, or use the files in commercial projects without a separate license. Download links are time-limited and meant for the buyer only; sharing a link may cause it to expire.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. All displayed prices are in USD. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize the charge shown at checkout. If you experience a problem with a download or payment, contact alexongame92@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.

Acceptable use

• No automated scraping, spamming or bulk submissions through the contact form.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• No abusive, threatening or unlawful messages.

Third-party links

Streaming, video and merchandise links point to services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or terms.

No warranty

This site is provided "as is". We work to keep information accurate and current, but do not guarantee that release dates, links or availability are error-free.
